AT least three persons died due to the onslaught of tropical storm "Dante" (international name "Choi-wan") in Mindanao, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC) said on Wednesday.
The NDRRMC said two of the fatalities are from the Davao Region.
