RUSSIAN President Vladimir Putin promised to increase the volume of deliveries of Russia's Sputnik V coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) vaccines to the Philippines, as Manila and Moscow celebrated 45 years of diplomatic relations on June 2, Malacañang said.
President Rodrigo Duterte and Putin renewed the shared commitment to further enhance the bilateral ties between the Philippines and Russia during their phone conversation on Wednesday.
