PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has named Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio, Sen. Emmanuel "Manny" Pacquiao, Manila City Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso, former senator Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. and his long time-aide-turned Sen. Christopher Lawrence "Bong" Go as the administration's possible standard-bearer in 2022, Malacañang said on Thursday.
In a virtual press conference, Palace spokesman Harry Roque Jr. said Duterte has mentioned "many" personalities, including Duterte-Carpio, Pacquiao, Moreno, Marcos and Go, who could be his choice as the next top leader of the country.
