PDIC e-biddings of assets generate P38.9M

THE Philippine Deposit Insurance Corp. (PDIC) said it raised P38.9 million by selling 22 corporate and closed bank properties through three electronic public biddings last April.

The state-run deposit insurer said in a statement on Wednesday that public asset biddings were conducted via PDIC's electronic bidding platform on April 8, 14, and 23 as the new usual form of asset disposal.
