LEGAZPI CITY: The spike in cases of the coronavirus disease in Albay prompted Gov. Al Francis Bichara to place Legazpi City and the adjacent town of Daraga under general community quarantine (GCQ).
The governor, chairperson of the Albay Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases, issued Executive Order No. 14 on Monday placing Legazpi City and the municipality of Daraga under GCQ.
