House OKs on 2nd reading bill extending Bayanihan 2 funds

A bill extending the shelf life of the national funds allocated for the 'Bayanihan to Recover As One Act,' otherwise known as the 'Bayanihan 2,' was approved at the House of Representatives on second reading.

House Bill (HB) 9538 proposes the extension of the release, obligation, and disbursements of funds for another six months. The allotment will be available until Dec. 31, 2021.
