NCR Plus under 'strict' GCQ until June 15

President Rodrigo Duterte has extended the implementation of a stricter general community quarantine (GCQ) in the National Capital Region (NCR) and in four nearby provinces.

In his public address on Monday, Duterte said NCR, Bulacan, Rizal, Laguna and Cavite or the NCR plus will be under GCQ 'with restrictions' from June 1 to June 15.
