A local court on Tuesday dismissed the second cyberlibel case against Rappler CEO Maria Ressa after the complainant himself, businessman Wilfredo Keng, moved to withdraw the case filed by his camp in 2019.
Judge Andres Bartolome Soriano of the Makati City Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 148, in a written order, dismissed Ressa's cyberlibel charges with prejudice, meaning this cannot be filed again.
