The government should prioritize the use of additional resources to support increased production and postharvest investments for agriculture and fisheries, Tugon Kabuhayan said on Monday.
In a virtual briefing, Tugon Kabuhayan proposed that 10 percent of additional local government unit (LGU) funds from the Mandanas-Garcia ruling be allocated for increased crop production and agriculture postharvest facilities, especially in the countryside where most farming and fisheries activities are happening.
