Any issues you see in this IPO before we invest?'

DD's response was: 'Read the financial statement first.' I added: 'Include the footnotes. More often than not, public investors fail to read the footnotes, which explain FS's (financial statements) contents.' He was referring to How the Public Lost Money in CLC IPO.'
