THE Department of Labor and Employment (DoLE) on Saturday lifted the temporary ban on the deployment of overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello 3rd gave the order two days into the ban following assurance from the Saudi government that foreign employers and recruitment agencies would pay for the institutionalized quarantine and insurance of OFWs amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
