THE Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) rescheduled the June 2021 Licensure Examination for Architects (LEA) to August 27 and 29, 2021.

The PRC said the exam was postponed because of the extended state of calamity in the country and the increasing number of Covid-19 cases.

It said that despite the easing of quarantine restrictions, traveling in and out of the National Capital Region Plus is still restricted to essential travels and purposes.

'Upon further evaluation of the [Covid-19] situation and the complexities in the preparation of the licensure examination, [PRC] deemed it necessary to postpone the conduct of the June 2021 LEA and to reschedule the same to August 2021 to safeguard the health and wellness of everyone,' the commission said.
