Laguna traffic chief arrested for alleged robbery/extortion

CAMP VICENTE LIM, Calamba City: The chief of the Laguna Traffic Management Office was arrested on Thursday on complaints of alleged robbery/extortion by motorists.

Marino Garcia, retired police personnel, was nabbed by members of the Philippine National Police (PNP) in an operation at Bee Fuel Gasoline Station, Barangay Calo, Bae, Laguna.
