THE House of Representatives' Committee on Appropriations approved on Friday a substitute measure that further extends the availability of funds under the "Bayanihan to Recover As One" or the "Bayanihan 2" law until December 31, 2021.
The Bayanihan 2 allocates P165.5 billion for the overall response of the government against the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).
