House OKs resolution amending Charter

THE House of Representatives has approved on second reading Resolution of Both Houses 2 (RBH 2), which proposes amendments to some economic provisions of the Constitution.

The resolution seeks to add the phrase 'unless otherwise provided by law' to specified provisions of the 1987 Constitution to open ownership of public utilities to foreign entities.
