DEPARTMENT of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) Secretary Mark Villar announced that the Estrella-Pantaleon Bridge will be opened to motorists in July.

During the inspection on Wednesday, Secretary Villar said the 506-meter bridge is now 91 percent complete.
