The Philippines has kept its investment grade credit rating from S&P Global Ratings, as the debt watcher said the countryt's economy is starting to rebound.
"We affirmed our 'BBB+' long-term and 'A-2' short-term sovereign credit ratings on the Philippines," the credit ratings agency announced in a statement released on Thursday.
