THE Metro Manila Council is proposing to ease quarantine restrictions by June, Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) Chairman Benjamin "Benhur" Abalos Jr. said on Thursday.

Abalos said the Metro Manila Council (MMC) held a meeting on Wednesday night and agreed to propose to the national government to allow the opening of more businesses and increased capacity for religious gatherings and establishments.
