THE National Capital Region's (NCR's) positivity rate has decreased to 10 percent over the past seven days, signifying a downward trend in the number of cases in the region, according to an independent research group.
In its May 27 update, OCTA Research said that while the current positivity rate remained "acceptable", it is still not within the five percent threshold set by the World Health Organization to allow further reopening of economic sectors.
