Guidelines on giving of awards and recognition

The Department of Education (DepEd) has released interim guidelines on giving awards and recognition to be adopted following the implemetation of distance learning in School Year 2020-2021 as prompted by the Covid-19 pandemic.

Education Secretary Leonor Briones on Tuesday issued DepEd Order (DO) 018, series of 2021 to provide guidance in the giving of academic excellence awards as S Y 2020-2021 ends.
