Sun Life Philippines has cut its gross domestic product (GDP) growth projection for the Philippines this year, citing the "disappointing" first quarter drop.
In a virtual briefing on Wednesday, Sun Life Philippines Chief Investments Officer Michael Enriquez said that the life insurance firm now expects GDP growth to range from 3.9 to 7.1 percent, with a midpoint of 5.5 percent.
