Intellectual property (IP) rights protection filings went up by 21 percent in the first four months of the year, the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (Ipophl) said.
In a statement on Wednesday, Ipophl said IP rights protection filings during the period reached 15,028, up from last year's 12,409.
