The local unit of a Thai agro-industrial and food conglomerate is partnering with the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) and the Department of Agriculture (DA) to aid the country's swine industry.
In a statement, the Agriculture department said a memorandum of agreement was signed on May 20, 2021 between the DBP and the Charoen Pokphand Foods Philippines Corp. (CPFPC) for the implementation of the Swine Rehabilitation, Repopulation and Recovery Credit, or Swine R3 program.
