Pacquiao No. 3 in world ranking

Filipino boxing great Sen. Manny Pacquiao, as well as nine other Pinoy pugs made it to the Ring Magazine's divisional world ranking.

Pacquiao, who returns to the ring to fight unified World Boxing Council (WBC) champion and International Boxing Federation (IBF) titleist Errol Spence Jr. in August, is ranked No. 3 in the welterweight class.
