Parked truck 'blamed' for doctor's death

TUGUEGARAO CITY: A driver of a trailer truck was charged with reckless imprudence resulting in homicide and damage to property, police investigators here said.

The driver was implicated in a vehicular accident along the National Highway in Barangay Samalague in Iguig town that caused the death of a doctor.
