The House of Representatives on Tuesday approved on final reading a measure regulating the manufacture, distribution, promotion, sale, and use of electronic cigarettes and other nicotine and heated tobacco products.
House Bill 9007, to be known as the "Non-Combustible Nicotine Delivery Systems Regulation Act," aims to promote "health consciousness" and protect the public from any hazards.
