Three more vaccine manufacturers have signified their intention to conduct Covid-19 vaccine clinical trials in the country, according to an official of the Department of Science and Technology (DoST).

Undersecretary for Research and Development Rowena Cristina Guevara said the country's Task Group on Vaccine Evaluation and Selection has received applications from two Chinese vaccine manufacturers, West China Hospital and Sichuan University and Shenzhen Kangtai Biological Products Co., as well as South Korean vaccine manufacturer EuBiologics Co. Ltd.
