Russian investors eye opportunities in PH

RUSSIAN companies are looking at investment opportunities in the Philippines, including the upgrading of aging power plants and the building of new ones.

Guesting at a virtual roundtable discussion organized by The Manila Times last Friday, Russian Ambassador to the Philippines Marat Pavlov said the Duterte administration's multilateral policy was beginning to attract investors from his country.
