THE House version of the Bayanihan 3 measure, the government's coronavirus pandemic aid package, has reached the plenary level.
Aambis-OWA Rep. Sharon Garin, chairman of the House Committee on Economic Affairs, who was among the lawmakers who sponsored House Bill 9411, on Monday appealed for its swift passage "because this is what we have seen that our people need."
