Vista Land income down 14% in Q1

Listed Vista Land and Lifescapes Inc. posted a 14-percent lower profit of P2.1 billion in the first quarter from P2.4 billion in the same period last year.

In a filing to the exchange on Monday, the Villar-led property firm also reported a slumped consolidated revenues of P8.7 billion from P9.9 billion year-on-year.
