Security Bank infuses P750M to SB Finance

SECURITY Bank Corp. announced on Monday that it had injected P750 million into its consumer lending subsidiary SB Finance Co. Inc.

In a disclosure, the lender said the investment consists of a P250-million subscription to 425,000 SB Finance common shares.
