THE Commission on Higher Education (CHEd) said flexible learning for higher education institutions will be here to stay.

During the Educating our Children in the New Normal webinar organized by the Center for Strategy, Enterprise and Intelligence last Friday, CHEd Chairman Prospero de Vera 3rd said universities and colleges should be able to mix and match learning methods according to their situations.
