GSM shares surge by 52 percent

Ang-led distillery Ginebra San Miguel Inc. (GSMI) saw its shares surge to a new 52-week high last week amid foreign buying on the back of its positive earnings results despite the pandemic.

GSMI landed a place among top gainers as its shares jumped by P3.05 or 4.49 percent to close at P71 apiece on Friday, enabling the stock to end the week 19-percent higher week-on-week.
