THE Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has opened the 7.42-kilometer Sariaya Bypass Road in Quezon Province.
DPWH Secretary Mark Villar said the alternative road will ease traffic congestion in the town of Sariaya and speed up travel to Bicol Province.
