THE Quezon City government, through its Department of Public Order and Safety-Green Transport Office (DPOS-GTO), has launched a registration program to ensure the safety of bicycle riders in the city.
DPOS head Elmo San Diego told The Manila Times that the bike registration, which would be voluntary, was provided under the QC Safe Cycling Ordinance.
