Lawmakers OK PH Centers for Disease Control bill

THE Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives on Friday approved the proposed measure creating the Philippines' Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Incorporating 13 versions, the consolidated bill seeks to augment the health care capacity of the country in light of the Covid-19 pandemic.
