For a fresh graduate, career choices may not be that easy. In most cases, fresh graduates might not even know what career they would want to pursue since their minds are so fresh. Also, some fresh graduates may be looking for a job that pays well and some fresh graduates may be looking for a job that promises character growth. In this case, I'd like to share my take on why sales may be worth giving a shot.
When you're a fresh graduate in a sales position with no prior experience in sales like me, it can be quite intimidating. Don't get me wrong though – I have always wanted a sales position ever since I graduated and I knew what I signed up for. In just a short amount of time working in sales, I have been challenged in ways that I have not been challenged before. These challenges made me get out of my comfort zone and rise above the person I initially was. With those challenges, I can confidently say that growth is truly fast in a career like this and I will explain why it is so.
