EastWest appoints Jardeleza, Suratos to Board of Directors

Gotianun-led EastWest Bank has announced the appointment of former Supreme Court Justice Francis Jardeleza and former Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) Monetary Board member Armando Suratos to its Board of Directors in its Annual Stockholders' Meeting on April 23.

Independent directors Carlos Alindada and Paul Aquino have retired from their positions on the board after 19 and 12 fruitful years of service to the bank, respectively.
