'No choir music during Masses'

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY: The Roman Catholic Church in Misamis Oriental has discouraged liturgical singing during Masses to avoid the spread of Covid-19, Msgr. Rey Monsanto said on Wednesday.

Monsanto cited a memorandum issued by Archbishop Jose Cabantan, of the Archdiocese of Misamis Oriental, limiting the number of songs to be rendered by a church choir, and urging to do away altogether with such musical groups during the Masses.
