Vaccination target set for NCR Plus

The government plans to inoculate 70 percent of the population of the National Capital Region or Metro Manila and the four provinces that make up the NCR Plus on or before November 27.

Palace spokesman Harry Roque Jr. revealed the vaccination target during a press briefing on Thursday.
