Vice Mayor Lord Dean Castillo and five municipal councilors of Isulan, Sultan Kudarat were suspended for 45 days after being charged for violation of the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act (RA 3019).
According to Sultan Kudarat provincial legal officer Lorenzo Balo, the imposition of the 45-day preventive suspension was pursuant to Administrative Order 015 by Sultan Kudarat Gov. Suharto “Teng” Mangudadatu with regard to the charges filed against the municipal officials by the chairpersons of Barangays Kolambog and Dansuli.
