My cousin was offered a job last year as a household help, but he did not get deployed because of the sudden implementation of the community quarantine in our town. His friend told him that he was lucky that he did not push through as he got information, although unverified, that an applicant in the past ended up being sexually exploited. For future reference, is there a law that penalizes those who offer work that end up to be sexual exploitation?

Yes, there is a law that penalizes those who offer work for the purpose of sexual exploitation. Section 4 of Republic Act (RA) 9208, otherwise known as the "Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2003" clearly states that:
