The Supreme Court on Monday ordered its former spokesman and chief of its public information office to explain why he should not be cited for contempt for criticizing how the high court handled the recent proceedings of the oral argument in the petition questioning the constitutionality of Republic Act (RA) 11479 or the “Anti-Terrorism Act.”

Chief Justice Alexander Gesmundo announced the high tribunal has resolved to issue a Show Cause Order against lawyer Theodore Te.
