DARAGA, Albay: Six months from now, the P4.7 billion Bicol International Airport (BIA) will soon open its window to the world and provide more than 1,000 new jobs amid the coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic, Transportation Secretary Arthur Tugade said.
