Dead man taped like a ‘mummy’

The personnel of a hospital in Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya wrapped Merwin Jay Fabrigas Sapipi’s body with duct tape like a “mummy” after he died on May 1 because he was suspected to have contracted Covid-19.
