Israeli envoy denounces Hamas attacks

ISRAELI Ambassador to the Philippines Rafael Harpaz is hopeful that the renewed armed conflict between his country and Hamas group in Palestine will not escalate and affect the rest of the Middle East where millions of Filipinos work.
