Mayor shuts down Gubat sa Ciudad

CALOOCAN City Mayor Oscar Malapitan on Monday ordered the closure of the Gubat sa Ciudad for violating quarantine rules a day after a video that went viral showed hundreds swimming in the resort’s pool.
