Eleazar takes over as PNP chief

UPON becoming the 26th chief of the Philippine National Police (PNP), LtGen. Guillermo “Guillor” Eleazar on Friday launched the Intensified Cleanliness Policy (ICP) during the change of command ceremony held at Philippine National Police (PNP) headquarters at Camp Crame in Quezon City.
