Ex-Bacolod councilor cleared of drug links

BACOLOD CITY: Former Bacolod City councilor Ricardo “Cano” Tan has been officially cleared of any link to illegal drug activities by the Police Regional Office-6 (PRO-6).

“I was a victim of fake news,” Tan said in a press conference held Sunday at the family-owned Campuestohan Resort in Talisay City.
