LAWMAKERS led by former speaker and Taguig Rep. Alan Peter Cayetano and his allies distributed P10,000 each to some 200 beneficiaries from 13 cities and provinces in the country on Saturday, Labor Day.
The “Sampung Libong Pag-Asa” cash assistance initiative of the congressmen covered beneficiaries from the poorest and most vulnerable sectors in Bulacan, Batangas, Cavite, Camarines Sur, Caloocan City, Marikina City, Quezon City, Taguig City, Mandaluyong City, Pateros, Sta. Rosa City in Laguna, Antipolo City in Rizal and Ormoc City in Leyte.
